Personal Information & How We Use Personal Information:
The process of applying for a position through our job application may result in our collecting some or all of the following personal information:
first and last name;
some or all digits of your Social Security Number;
motor vehicle records;
employment preferences; and
This information is shared only with relevant CCRH employees and with no other party, unless required by law. In addition, this information will not be publicly displayed. The personal information may be used to identify candidates for positions at CCRH, assessing your capabilities and qualifications for a job, conducting reference checks, conducting background checks, and contacting you about career opportunities. The CCRH may provide the information to federal, state, local or other government agencies that have jurisdiction over matters related to employment. The CCRH will share the information needed to complete all necessary background screening with third party vendors contracted for such screenings. The CCRH does not provide any other information it collects on applicants unless it is required to do so by a valid court order, governmental agency order or authorized by you in writing. If the CCRH employs you, it will retain this information and may use it and disclose it to others for personnel, administrative or other purposes related to your employment with the CCRH. All of the information you provide to the CCRH, including personal information is collected and saved in a database and/or employment file according to the CCRH’s recordkeeping retention policy.
You are responsible for the content of the information you provide to us and you must ensure it is legal, honest, truthful, accurate and not misleading in any way.
The CCRH takes reasonable efforts to protect the security of the data contained in our system with physical, electronic, and managerial procedures.
Revising and Removal of Information:
If you think the information the CCRH has about you as a result of your submission through this job application is either incorrect or out-of-date, please resubmit the updated information by updating your application.
All information will be stored according to the CCRH’s recordkeeping retention policy and any information removed according to such policy will be disposed of in such way to ensure no unauthorized release of said information.
